We always have seen our life as right or wrong, black or white or on the basis of comparison with other things and perception that we take, as and when we are conditioned to it. A human brain accepts and leads to what it is taught as a nature's law right from its inception.
It is believed and is been proven that what you say is what you implement, psychologists have been always saying that you should keep your mind positive and go on towards the positivity, as a mind tends to affect decision to take you towards what you long for.
What I have seen and learnt by my experiences in life is anything and everything only looks difficult and complicated till we look at it, and once you take up that work and decide to not give up, the task keeps on unfolding to ease; this is where perception comes into the picture.
In our life, our attitude matters a lot in everything we do and this comes from our perception. It's all in the eyes of the viewer as to what is correct or what is wrong. Nature doesn't write it down for us as to what is right and wrong. It is we who form this nature and thus also make up the lookout for things as to what they are, right or wrong.
'The beauty lies within the eyes of the viewer'
The same principle to judge someone and his work under different categories is developed by us, and thus the person is accepted in that way among our society.
The clashes in the perceptions still exist at large in society relating to numerous matters, one example can be drawn for mercy killings, some believe that this is the violation of nature's law and must not be allowed but there is also an argument which says it should be allowed to relieve a person from misery of being incurable.
Another major discussion of right and wrong can be seen with ethics being employed in a business, where majority entrepreneurs believe that ethics is an important part of a business and ensures its long term survivability; contrary to this there are also business persons who do not believe in ethical way of business and think of ethics as a liability for business.
Even in this case we see that the perception is the one that determines what is right or wrong.
Stereotypical strata of our society considers it awkward and wrong to see a man being depended on his wife but by another group in our society it is viewed upon by equality, modernization and progress. This not right or wrong in this case but what affects here is again the perception.
Child labour can be seen as giving a chance to unprivileged to earn for themselves who don't have any other support but is also wrong to make them work and their deprivation from right to education.
All the questions, problems, Judgements that exist have their inception from this perception of what is wrong and what is right.
Look at the book in the above picture,
Now what did you see?
The book is opened facing you or facing away from you?
The illusion created by the above picture can easily make you understand how perception is solely responsible for views created in a person's mind. It is just the way you see it. Well but this is one thing that cannot be eliminated from our lives, as our mind is conditioned to make perception the next jiffy it sees something or the other. But what we can do is understand the role of it in one's life, because there are always going to be judgements on it being right or wrong; completely based on perceptions because there is nothing as right or wrong.
